Joshua is a partner at ABMAK Associates where he heads Coporate and Commercial Advisory practice. Joshua has  over 15 years experience post enrolment advising multinationals on a full range of corporate commercial and regulatory asspects of the law.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from Herriot Watts- Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Honours) from Makerere Unversity. He also holds postgraduate diploma qualifiactions in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre in Kampala, Public Financial Management from the Unversity of London and Revenue Administration from the East African School of Taxation.
