Henry is the Chief Executive of ABMAK Associ­ates. He is responsible for the daily operations and the business organization of the Firm.

Henry holds a Master of Laws (LL.M with Distinction) in Petroleum Taxation and Finance from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee in Scotland. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (1st Class Hons. Finance & Economics) from Trent University in Canada. He is a graduate of the Oxford Senior Leadership Programme, from Saïd Business School, Oxford Unversity in the UK.

Henry is a Commercial Analyst and he specializes in project and corporate finance, economic modeling, and risk analysis. He is regularly consulted by the Firm on key commercial aspects of mining, oil and gas, power; and infrastructure transac­tions.

He has previously worked as a Financial Analyst in Canada and also worked with Deloitte as Tax Manager.
