Kevin holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (Hons) from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre .

Kevin is a valued member of the firm’s corporate team and she advises a diverse client portfolio on regulatory compliance and corporate governance. She routinely provides strategic support for business establishment, licensing, corporate structuring and operational compliance within sector-specific regulations.

She is a key contributor to legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and investment transactions and also supports the team on energy law matters, particularly within the power and electricity sector.
