Grace is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts subordinate thereto. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (Distinction) from the Law Development Centre and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Makerere University.

His practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate finance , project finance, contract review and negotiation, transaction advisory, licensing, legal due diligence, regulatory compliance, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate advisory.

Grace has advised clients across various sectors, notably power & electricity, mining and metals, employment and labour law, and oil & gas.
