Disan holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (with distinction) from Law Development Centre.

Disan offers comprehensive legal support and advice to the firm’s clients across a range of practice areas including corporate, commercial and finance law, power and electricity, oil and gas law, land transactions, employment, litigation and arbitration.

He is part of the team that provides legal services to Total Energies EP Uganda, East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Limited, Bugoye Hydro Power Limited, Best Broadcasting Services t /a NRG Radio and ATC Uganda. His experience encompasses corporate matters, the energy sector (oil and gas), land transactions and preparation of contracts.

His experience extends to routine advice and interventions in labour and employment matters including contract review, dispute resolution and litigation matters.
