Fortunate is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts subordinate thererto. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Makerere University and a post graduate diploma in legal practice (Distinction) from the Law Development Centre. Fortunate is a lawyer offering legal and advisory services in the areas of corporate governance and practice, Land transactions, employment matters, and immigration practice at the firm.

She is part of the team that extends legal services to TotalEnergies EP Uganda, East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP), HMK-Kuku Limited, Schlumberger Oilfield Eastern Limited, Schlumberger Uganda SMC Limited, Bugoye Hydropower Limited and Cotton On Foundation Uganda.

She works with the team that offers transactional advice including conducting due diligence on Companies and review of contracts related to day-to-day business operations in the Company.
