Hans holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre.

Hans is part of ABMAK’s corporate team and supports clients in a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including general corporate and transaction advisory, project structuring and finance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions,  and real estate and property law matters.

Hans is also a part of ABMAK’s tax team. He advises on general tax compliance and structuring on domestic and cross-border transactions.
