Jemimah is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all subordinate courts thereto.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre and a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax and Revenue Administration from the East African School of Taxation.

Jemimah specializes in taxation, commercial transactions, power and electricity. Jemimah offers tax advice to Aviation Hangar Services Limited, Onomo Hotel Kampala, Akola PBC SMC, Guangzhou Dongsong Energy Group Company Limited, Namekara Mining Company Limited and RIC Energy Uganda SMC Limited among others.

The tax advice includes advice on tax compliance, registrations, exemptions, structuring as well as representation before the Tax Appeals Tribunal.

Jemimah has also offered advice on corporate and regulatory compliance to ARPE Limited, the developer and operator of Achwa HPP1 & HPP2 hydro power projects with a capacity of over 83MW.
