Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Laws (1 st class Hons) from Teesside University, UK and a Master of Science in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law, UK.

Kenneth’s areas of practice include power and electricity, commercial transactions, construction, and corporate finance among others.

Kenneth advises various power projects in Uganda on corporate & regulatory compliance as well as the procurement of requisite authorizations.

He advised on the development, financing, construction and operation of Achwa HPP1 & HPP2 hydro power projects along river Achwa in Gulu and Pader districts.

He also advised Kikagati/Murongo hydro power project along river Kagera on the border of the Republic of Uganda and the United Republic of Tanzania.

Kenneth has also advised on the development and construction of a medical consumables manufacturing plant in Namanve industrial park with a CAPEX in excess of US $10m.
