Biography

Grace holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University.

He has been involved in a wide range of matters including corporate finance, contract review and negotiation, licensing, legal due diligence, taxation, regulatory compliance and general corporate advisory for the firm’s clients in the power and electricity; mining and metals; oil and gas sectors.

Grace is part of the team advising the firm’s clients Schlumberger, Berkeley Energy on the refinancing of their subsidiary ARPE Limited’s Achwa HPP-1 Project and the negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements for Kikagati HPP and SENOK Wind Uganda Limited.
