Sheena is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all subordinate courts thereto. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) from Makerere University and a post graduate diploma in legal practice from the Law Development Centre.

Sheena is the lead associate handling all corporate related matters and transactions for ABMAK clients. She advises on corporate structuring, re-organisations,corporate governance and corporate due diligence. She also offers advice on matters of employment law, and intellectual property.

Sheena also advises ABMAK Clients on matters of Environmental Compliance and Licensing in the power and energy sector, as well as the oil and gas sector. Sheena offers advice to: ARPE Limited, Schlumberger Oilfield Eastern Limited, Schlumberger Uganda SMC Limited, East African Medical Vitals Limited, Magnum Security Company Limited, Total Energies EP Uganda, Total Energies, East Africa Midstream B.V, East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Ltd, Bugoye Hydropower Limited, Kikagati Power Company Limited, Wata Global (U), Limited, Cotton On Foundation Uganda, CEED Concordia, SICPA Uganda, Limited, HMH Rainbow Limited, Namekara Mining Company Limited, Ntugamo, Tin Project Limited and Woodcross Resources Uganda Limited.
