Professional background

Aisha is a Commercial Lawyer who specialises in infrastructure, energy
and project finance.
Aisha holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Commercial Law
from the University of Kent (UK). She also holds a Bachelor of Laws
(Honours) from the University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania.
She is licensed to practice law in Uganda and Tanzania, and she has
previously been a Lecturer of Procurement Law at the Makerere
University, College of Business and Management Science.
Aisha has attained professional training in Public Private Partnerships
from the IP3 Institute in Washington D.C., and on FIDIC Contracts
(Red Book, Yellow Book, Silver Book and the MDB), by accredited
FIDIC trainers in Johannesburg, South Africa.
