Sheena is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all subordinate courts thereto.  She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) from Makerere University and a post graduate diploma in legal practice from the Law Development Centre.

Sheena is the lead associate handling all corporate related matters and transactions for ABMAK clients. She advises on corporate structuring, re-organisations, corporate governance, corporate due diligence and corporate financing. She also offers advice on matters of employment law, intellectual property, non - governmental organisations as well as regulatory compliance and licensing.
