Victor is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts subordinate thererto. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) Magna Cum Laude from Islamic University in Uganda and a Post Graduate Diploma Second Class, Upper Division in legal practice from the Law Development Centre.

He is involved in all aspects of corporate tax, dispute resolution and general tax advisory. Regularly advise clients in relation to a wide range of compliance issues, including potential exposure under the Tax Laws.

He is also a part of the team that handles litigation matters at the firm and has provided support in a number of high value litigious matters in courts of record. He has exhibited excellent negotiation skills, persuasiveness and comprehensive problem solving skills.
