Henry is the Chief Executive and a Consultant of ABMAK Associ­ates. As CEO, he deals with the daily operations and the business organization of the Firm.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (1st Class Hons. Finance & Economics) from Trent University in Canada, and a Master of Laws (LL.M with Distinction) in Petroleum Taxation and Finance from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee (Scotland-UK).

As a Commercial Analyst, he specializes in project and corporate finance, economic modeling and risk analysis.

He previously worked as a Financial Analyst at the Swish Group of Companies in Ontario, Canada. He later worked with Deloitte as Tax Manager.

Based on these competencies, Henry is regularly consulted by the Firm on key commercial aspects of mining, oil and gas, power; and  infrastructure transac­tions.
